Texas Hill Country Furniture is dedicated to producing the finest handcrafted custom ranch style furniture available in the market. Our furniture is designed and built to accent the Southwestern look so popular today.

When we began, our objective was to produce a furniture that would retain the rustic character of the cedar and pine log furniture so widely available but would, at the same time, be elegant enough to fit in a fine home. Produced from Ashe Juniper, also commonly called Mountain Cedar, the furniture shows a beautiful range of color, from a delightful honey gold to a deep, lustrous ochre.

All of our juniper is milled from logs right in our shop and kiln dried to assure the highest quality in our finished product. Woods that are not properly dried in a kiln will warp, crack, and pull apart at the joints. Finishes are available in a variety that includes hand rubbed Danish Oil, water based urethanes, oil based urethanes, both satin and high gloss and liquid glass for tabletops.

As further testimony to our commitment to quality, each piece of furniture is inconspicuously branded with the name of our master craftsman, Jaun Alvarez. Juan assures that before each piece leaves our shop it meets the high standards we have set.

This heavy, massive furniture is built to last a lifetime, and more. You will leave this furniture to your children, and they, to their children. Since our furniture is custom handcrafted, and you need a special size or shape to fit your room, we will build it to your specifications.
