Texas Hill Country Furniture gives a full "satisfaction guaranteed" warranty for thirty (30) days from date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your furniture, for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days of accepting delivery and receive either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price including sales tax but excluding original shipping or delivery costs, if any. Return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of customer.

In addition, THCF warrants its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of delivery. It is imperative that the furniture be thoroughly inspected upon delivery to determine if there are any defects; however, it should be noted that this is rustic, handcrafted furniture and that the juniper wood will contain natural cracks, burls, knots, etc. which are a part of the wood and contribute to the beauty of the furniture and should not be considered defects. This warranty is extended to the "end user".

All prices are quoted F. O. B. Camp Wood, Texas. Purchaser is responsible for cost(s) of crating and shipping.

Texas Hill Country Furniture will arrange shipping through a common carrier (freight line) and at the time an order is placed will give a quote on the cost of crating and shipping.

Upon delivery the furniture should be inspected for any signs of damage and, if damage is present, a claim should be filed with the freight line. THCF does not assume  responsibility for damage or shortage incurred in shipping..

If furniture is being shipped to/for a distributor for THCF the product becomes the property of the distributor at the time it is placed on the freight line. All risk of loss remains with the distributor.

All orders require a 50% deposit. Balance of purchase price plus sales tax (if any) due prior to shipping.

In the event of cancellation of an order by the customer, THCF reserves the right to retain all, or any part, of the deposit. The amount retained shall be at the sole discretion of THCF and shall be determined by the status of the order at the time of cancellation. Once the product is placed on the freight line or picked up by the customer the sale shall be considered completed.

Designs are subject to change without written notice. Dimensions are "nominal" and may vary due to the characteristics of the wood.
